DocuPacket uses essential cookies for sign-in and security, selecting your business account, subscription checkout, and remembering cookie choices. Rejecting optional cookies does not block signing, payment or access to your documents.

Optional tracking

Google Analytics 4 is optional and stays off until you select Analytics and save your choices. It helps us understand visits to our public homepage, pricing and resource pages. Google receives a random browser identifier, the public page name and address, and technical browser and device information. Our page addresses exclude query strings and fragments, and we do not send page referrers, form values, document content, signing links or account details. We do not run Analytics on account, checkout or signing pages.

When you opt in, the site loads Google's tag from www.googletagmanager.com and sends analytics data to Google's Analytics services. The first-party cookies _ga and _ga_ZDDMJFDT28 distinguish browsers and sessions. We set their lifetime to at most 180 days without extending it on every visit. This cookie lifetime is separate from Google's retention of data already received. See Google's privacy policy.

Optional marketing

Meta Pixel stays off until you select Marketing and save your choices. It measures public marketing-page visits to help us evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives the page address, eligible referrer, browser and device information, network address and browser or advertising identifiers, and may associate this activity with your Meta account under its policies. We do not supply names, emails, phone numbers, document data or account details, and automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled.

The pixel loads from connect.facebook.net and sends events to Meta, including www.facebook.com. It may use the first-party _fbp and _fbc cookies to recognize browsers and advertising clicks. Meta controls their expiration; see Meta's cookie policy for storage details and Meta's privacy policy for its data use. We remove these first-party cookies when you withdraw Marketing consent.

We do not run Meta Pixel on private signing, account or checkout pages. Public-page visits with unrecognized URL parameters, fragments or potentially private referrers are excluded.

Google Ads conversion tracking is not installed. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep both optional categories off. We request fresh consent when providers or purposes change.

Remembering your choices

The docupacket_cookie_choices cookie stores only your choices, their date and the notice version for 180 days. It does not contain your name, email or document content. Choices apply to this browser and website, not other browsers or devices. Clearing cookies removes them. Essential account cookies remain in use when you reject optional tracking.

Change your choices

Use Cookie preferences below on any page to change your choice. Rejecting optional cookies stops further optional collection and removes this site's Analytics and Meta cookies from this browser; it does not delete data providers already received or cookies on their own websites. New purposes or providers require a new notice and fresh choices. If your browser blocks preference storage, optional tracking remains off.

Payments and signing records

Payment screens use Stripe to process requested payments and prevent fraud. Signing and delivery history are service records, separate from optional advertising analytics. Cookie choices do not replace the electronic-signature consent shown before signing.
