Different usage models need a workload comparison
Dropbox Sign advertises unlimited signature requests on its paid eSignature plans and separates its API offerings. Its pricing page lists Essentials, Standard and Premium, with seat and feature differences. Confirm the billing interval, seat minimum and current offer directly with Dropbox Sign.
Docupacket combines a membership fee with packet credits. Sending reserves credits, and the first completed signature consumes them. Additional credits are purchased explicitly. Estimate your actual packet volume and optional features before comparing total costs.
Put the same workload through both quotes
List your active senders, packets per month and typical files in each packet. Compare both providers for that same workload. Include unused allowances, additional usage, renewal price and API costs. Unlimited signature requests may suit a high-volume workflow; packet credits may suit a team that wants visible usage before every send.
Use the current Docupacket pricing calculator for a one-member example, then review seats and features on each plan. The example excludes discounts and carried-over credits and does not quote another provider.
Test the customer experience before moving
Use fictional documents to compare field placement, signer order, mobile signing, reminders, completion downloads and your recordkeeping process. Verify template, branding, identity and integration needs on the specific plans you are considering.
