Ultimate Security and Safe is a nationwide locksmith specializing in access control and security systems. The company is piloting Docupacket to send customers the documents that need a signature before the next step.
Pilot scope: three customer agreement workflows
The pilot covers three types of customer documents:
- Quotes: sending proposed work to customers when signed acceptance is needed.
- Service contracts: sending the terms of service for customers to review and sign.
- Engagement agreements: collecting signatures on agreements for customer engagements.
The pilot applies Docupacket to the customer approval stage, where proposed work and service terms require review and signature.
